EasyPlate POLY-V/L Low-chemical Violet CTP Plate is a specialized plate for violet CTP plate-setter and represents the trends of violet CTP technology. It can be applied with low-PH treatment solution during the washing-out treatment, which streamlines the post-treatment process and reduces chemical consumption. No effluent is emitted during the process and less waste is generated, which meets the requirements of modern environmental printing and improves enterprise’s competitiveness.
EasyPlate POLY-V/L Low-chemical Violet CTP Plate is developed by the low PH treatment solution that go with it. In the process, there is no need to monitor the change of PH value. This minimizes the fluctuations of plate performance caused by exhausted chemicals and therefore ensures more stable printing quality. Besides, the plate is well compatible with other mainstream violet plate developers.
EasyPlate POLY-V/L Low-chemical Violet CTP Plate produces high-quality image and its run length can be up to 200,000 impressions. The plate can be exposed by any existing violet plate-setters and developed by both conventional and low-chemical violet processers. In the latter processers, the prewash and post-rinse steps together with gumming unit are removed, making the system smaller and easier to maintain.
